    i need to know the answer to one of your questions-"management is not manipulation" cant find the answer in my book

    Management is a positive and creative process where available resources are used to achieve desired ends or results.

    Manipulation on the other hands is an activity which involves presentation of already produced results/reports (eg. financial statements) in such a way so as to make the users of the reports believe that the targets have been achieved or the ends have been met.

    Management is therefore a positive process whereas manipulation is a negative and unhealthy activity.

      @krish- Board of Directors may be elected by shareholders in the Annual General Meeting by passing a resolution. However 2/3rd of these directors have to retire by rotation out of which 1/3rd have to retire each year.
